Diploma Cover Request Form
Diploma covers will be mailed beginning the week of May 20th.

PLEASE NOTE THAT, SIMILAR TO PRIOR YEARS, STUDENTS WILL RECEIVE THEIR DIPLOMAS IN THE MAIL APPROXIMATELY 8-10 WEEKS AFTER COMPLETING ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS.

Diplomas are mailed to the student's mailing address on file with the university, which can be viewed and updated from MyASU. For more information, visit https://students.asu.edu/diploma.
